Through a special impregnation and shaping treatment of the belt carcass, this conveyor belt achieves high bonding strength, excellent heat shock resistance, and stable mechanical performance.
Under continuous operating conditions with material temperatures up to 180°C, the belt maintains low elongation and outstanding wear resistance. For short-term operations, it can withstand temperatures up to 250°C, ensuring reliable performance in harsh thermal conditions.
This belt is designed to resist aging, cracking, and strength degradation caused by heat, significantly extending service life and reducing maintenance costs in high-temperature conveying applications.
