UHMWPE CONVEYOR IDLER
The UHMWPE idler is manufactured using Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene — a material known for its excellent wear resistance, low friction coefficient, and non-stick properties. Compared with traditional steel idlers, UHMWPE idlers are significantly lighter (60% weight reduction), quieter in operation, and more resistant to material build-up.
The smooth UHMWPE surface effectively prevents material adhesion, reducing belt deviation and minimizing conveyor belt wear. Its outstanding chemical resistance and corrosion resistance make it especially suitable for wet, humid, and chemically aggressive environments.
