IMPACT IDLER

HEAVY-DUTY IMPACT IDLER
Impact idlers are installed at conveyor loading and transfer points to absorb the shock of falling bulk materials. BisonConvey impact idlers use a polymer polyurethane/rubber composite ring array arranged along the roller length, creating an elastic buffer layer that cushions impact while preserving roller geometry and belt tracking.
The reinforced roller body pairs high-quality stainless steel tube β shaped by a spinning process for superior deformation resistance β with an innovative buffer layer design that balances impact resistance and load-bearing strength. Impact idlers significantly extend the service life of conveyor belts and drum components in mining, metallurgy, and heavy-duty bulk handling systems where large ores or metal shavings generate repeated impact.
